Keyti Souza
Executive Director and Partner at Têm Dendê Produções, a company with over 20 years of experience. She is also the Administrative Director of the Association of Black Audiovisual Professionals. With a degree in journalism and a specialization in digital media, she is an executive producer of both documentary and fiction audiovisual projects. She writes critical essays on audiovisual works, especially those produced by African countries, for the website Negrê. With more than 10 years of experience, she has been responsible for the executive production of series and films, notably the feature-length documentary Cartas Para…, which tells the story of three Black women writers from Portuguese-speaking countries—Brazil, Mozambique, and Portugal—exchanging letters about their experiences and writing through three themes: voice, body, and time.

APAN – Association of Black Audiovisual Professionals
The Association of Black Audiovisual Professionals (APAN) is an institution dedicated to promoting, valuing, and publicizing audiovisual achievements led by Black individuals, as well as fostering these professionals within the audiovisual market. The association's pillars are the appreciation of Blackness and the defense of an inclusive perspective, with attention to racial considerations across all stages of the audiovisual production chain (conception, production, distribution, and exhibition).
