Barbara Trugillo holds a degree in Cultural Production and has 20 years of experience as a network builder and mobilizer within the creative economy across various cities in Brazil, with a particular focus on marginalized youth. Over the past eight years, she has coordinated programs dedicated to audiovisual training and development within third-sector organizations. In 2019, she spearheaded the establishment of the training department at Spcine. Currently, she serves as the Superintendent of Innovation and Audiovisual Policies at Spcine, where she oversees the implementation of policies related to dissemination, education, gaming, and the support of audiovisual events in the city of São Paulo.
