Co-founder and General and Artistic Director of Olhar de Cinema - Curitiba International Film Festival. He has produced award-winning films, such as Deserto Particular (Giornate degli Autori Veneza), Ferrugem (Sundance, Gramado), Para Minha Amada Morta (Brasília, Montreal, San Sebastian), Jesus Kid (Gramado), A Gente (Dok Leipzig), Zona Árida (Dok Leizpig), A Mesma Parte de um Homem , and Foram os Sussurros que Me Mataram (Tiradentes), Pátio (Cannes), O Estacionamento (Rio), A Fábrica , and Ainda Ontem (Clermont Ferrand), and Tarântula (Veneza). Participou do Talents Berlinale 2018. Realizou a coprodução de Avó Dezenove e o Segredo do Soviético (Portugal-Brasil-Moçambique) e de Nunca Nada Aconteceu (Portugal-Belgium-Brazil). He produced the series Nóis por Nóis , and Manual de Sobrevivência de Literatura Brasileira.
Olhar de Cinema - Curitiba International Film Festival
Olhar de Cinema – Curitiba International Film Festival is one of the most important film festivals dedicated to cinema in Brazil. The event features independent feature films and short films from around the world, occupying venues such as Cine Passeio, Cinemark Mueller, Teatro da Vila, and the Ópera de Arame, one of Paraná's most popular tourist attractions, transforming the imposing structure into a grand cinema hall. Since 2012, Olhar de Cinema has brought over 200,000 people to the cinemas and has also screened online productions to more than 30,000 viewers. In total, more than 1,000 productions have been shown at the festival, which has established itself as one of the most respected independent film festivals in Brazil and the world.
